I received the pot, but it doesn’t work—it won’t turn on. also, the charger isn’t compatible with u.s. outlets, so i had to use my own power cord instead. on top of that, there’s still a very strong plastic smell. it’s made almost entirely of plastic, except for the glass pot. i’m not sure if it’s safe or if it could be harmful to my health.

It does what it's supposed to, but the water takes a while to boil and I think the 20-minute setting is an exaggeration. What's cool is that you can adjust the water temperature in 8 levels.

The water is fine.... The boiling point is good, but the time it takes to stop doesn't allow for good temperature control. At some point, it should stop boiling at 100 degrees, but the time limit is only 10 minutes. That's a pity.
